Weaver and Associates is a human resources consulting firm engaged to recruit an Inside Sales Manager for a well-established business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing company dedicated to assisting corporate clients with demand generation, event services, channel development and data services.  We seek an organized, enthusiastic and dedicated professional who will:

  • Be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives as an individual  and as a manager of a sales team
  • Make outbound calls to business to qualify leads, profiles and set appointments
  • Ensure that teams meet/exceed sales quotas
  • Meet service level agreements in contracts
  • Develop team call guides, scripts and messaging
  • Report program updates to the Director of Operations and Chief Executive Officer
  • Oversee outbound call volume and quality
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Manage staff utilizing CRM reporting tools
  • Research to answer customer questions and resolve account problems
  • Conduct weekly audits and conduct analyses for weekly conference call reports with clients
  • Evaluate staff performance regularly
  • Hire, orient and train new employees

Requirements

Any combination of education, training and/or experience which demonstrates competence in each of the following: 

  • College or equivalent business experience
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Previous phone experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and navigate a computerized data entry system
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet. Willingness to learn CRM and other database programs.
  • Ability to multi-task, work with constant interruptions. Flexibility to adapt approaches as needed.
  • Tact, diplomacy and team work skills

 

Location:  Boise, Idaho

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus bonus
