The Association Manager serves as the manager for 6-9 owner associations. The Association Manager provides management services to each association at the direction of the President and the Board and as outlined in the management contract. Services include Board support, financial reporting, contract management, site review, communications, owner compliance, and relationship maintenance. Manager acts as both consulting staff and administrative staff to the homeowner associations. Management will include attendance at meetings including approximately 5 evening meetings per month. Site maintenance will require review of properties in employee’s vehicle.

Salary: $13 -- $15/hour depending on experience
